Hemodynamic comparison between Trifecta and freestyle aortic valve during exercise in patients with small aortic root

The new Trifecta stented valve shows hemodynamic performance similar to the Freestyle stentless valve in patients with small aortic annuli. Both bioprostheses provide excellent results during rest and exercise, offering viable options for this challenging patient group.
