Home care is a cost-effective solution for aging populations, facing challenges in coordination.
Effective home care requires seamless cooperation between formal and informal caregivers across various boundaries.

Purpose of the Study:

To evaluate information persistence services based on HL7 v3 RIM for home care.
To support formal (health/social) and informal caregivers in home care settings.
