[A neonate with a sacrococcygeal mass]

Summary

A newborn presented with a sacrococcygeal mass, initially suspected to be spina bifida. Further examination and MRI revealed a cystic presacral lesion, confirmed as a sacrococcygeal teratoma after surgical removal.
