Summary

Diffuse large B cell lymphoma, the most common non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, can manifest in the lungs as primary pulmonary lymphoma (PPL). This case highlights PPL presenting as a lung mass with skin lesions, emphasizing diagnostic importance.
