Summary

Dehydrated human amniotic/chorionic membrane allografts (dHACM) effectively healed diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs) in five patients. This regenerative treatment accelerated healing, even with patient non-adherence, suggesting dHACM as a promising DFU therapy.
