Abstract:
Two documents are discussed whose acceptance the author considers as the most important events in 1988 in the control of AIDS, that is the London Declaration and the Resolution of the 41st World Health Assembly concerning avoiding of discrimination of subjects infected with HIV and AIDS patients. Both these documents are of essential epoch-making importance for facilitation of the trend of the further prophylactic actions conducted for halting the AIDS epidemic in the whole world.
