Foetal dilated cardiomyopathy with left ventricular thrombosis

Serial fetal echocardiography revealed severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction and thrombosis in a previously healthy fetus. Normal mid-trimester fetal cardiac findings do not rule out subsequent dilated cardiomyopathy.
