Malignant cell-derived extracellular vesicles express different chromogranin epitopes compared to prostasomes

Prostate cancer cells secrete extracellular vesicles with distinct chromogranin patterns compared to normal prostasomes. This difference in chromogranin peptides may aid in developing new prostate cancer detection and treatment strategies.
