Summary

Ectopic thyroid tissue (ETT) is a rare condition. Computed tomography-guided punch biopsy is an effective method for diagnosing mediastinal masses, distinguishing them from malignancy.

  • This technique aids in differentiating benign conditions like ETT from malignant tumors.
