Abstract:
A significant proportion of large lymphocytes in laboratory rats is stained with Sudan black B. The increase in the counts of sudanophilic blood lymphocytes over control values indicated reliably the recovery of lymphocytic function even when total lymphocyte, small or large lymphocyte counts were normal or reduced.
