Summary

Electroencephalography (EEG) complexity and interhemispheric dependency were analyzed to classify obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Permutation entropy (PermEn) at prefrontal regions achieved 85% accuracy, indicating functional abnormalities in OCD patients.
