Associations Between Physical Activity and Metabolic Syndrome: Comparison Between Self-Report and Accelerometry

Physical activity (PA) is linked to metabolic syndrome. Not meeting PA guidelines increases odds of metabolic syndrome, especially when PA is measured objectively, not just by self-report.
