Summary

Oscillating gradient spin-echo (OGSE) offers better sensitivity for measuring axon diameter in real-world conditions compared to pulsed gradient spin-echo (PGSE). Advanced scanners with stronger gradients further improve this sensitivity, enabling detection of smaller axon diameters.
