Pregnancy outcome in patients with systemic vasculitis: a single-centre matched case-control study

Pregnancy in women with systemic vasculitis (SV) results in earlier deliveries but similar birth weights compared to healthy controls. Women with SV face increased risks of pregnancy complications and disease flares during and after pregnancy.
