Right atrial reduction plasty associated with the cox-maze procedure

A novel surgical approach combined right atrial reduction plasty with the Cox-maze procedure for giant right atrium and atrial fibrillation. This effective treatment maintained reduced atrial size and sinus rhythm for over three years.
