[Psychological preparation of operators for activity under conditions of prolonged overload]

The purpose of the study was to explore the possibility of training subjects on how to work as operators and to perform simultaneously anti-G manoeuvres. It was experimentally demonstrated that such skills are required to increase operator's efficacy when exposed to sustained +Gz acceleration. The results can be used in psychological training of operators to be exposed to sustained acceleration.
