Reliable activation to novel stimuli predicts higher fluid intelligence

Neural reliability in responding to novel stimuli is linked to fluid intelligence (Gf). This study used electroencephalography (EEG) to show that consistent brain activity patterns, particularly for novel stimuli, correlate with higher Gf.
