Acute exercise does not decrease liver fat in men with overweight or NAFLD

Acute exercise does not reduce liver fat in overweight men. Instead, liver fat increased 4 hours post-exercise when fasted, but not when glucose was consumed, suggesting a single exercise bout may not lower intrahepatic lipids.
