Arsenic trioxide, once used for dental pulp devitalization, can cause severe mandibular osteomyelitis. This case highlights the risks and successful treatment with antibiotics, hyperbaric oxygen, and surgery.

  • Arsenic's high toxicity can lead to severe complications, including gingival and osseous necrosis, and osteomyelitis, if it leaks from the tooth.
