Total laparoscopic right colectomy (TLRC) with intracorporeal anastomosis is technically demanding.
Adequate surgical skill with mechanical linear staplers is required for TLRC.

A case of TLRC for right colon adenocarcinoma was successfully performed.
The surgical procedure involved resection of the right colon.
The specimen analysis revealed 11 lymph nodes, all negative for metastasis.
