Conclusions:
- Measurement of hs-Tn is effective in excluding cardiac involvement in patients with ED, provided the ED history is less than one year and patients lack atherosclerotic risk factors.
- Elevated hs-CRP in A-ED suggests a potential inflammatory link, warranting further investigation.
