[Clinico-morphologic parallels in synchronous cancer of the endometrium and ovaries]

A comparative study of 84 cases of endometrial and ovarian carcinoma showed clinical course of endometroid tumor to be more favorable than that of non-endometroid one (five-year survival--72.5 and 8.2%, respectively).
