Computerized tomography-based predictive model for differentiation of Crohn's disease from intestinal tuberculosis

Computed tomography (CT) can differentiate intestinal tuberculosis (ITB) and Crohn's disease (CD). A predictive model using ileocecal involvement, long-segment involvement, and lymph nodes ≥1 cm accurately distinguishes these conditions.
