S100B and ADMA in cerebral small vessel disease and cognitive dysfunction

Serum levels of S100B and asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA) are elevated in cerebral small vessel disease (SVD) patients. These markers correlate with cognitive decline, particularly in those with leukoaraiosis (LA) lesions.
