A ruptured bronchial artery aneurysm (BAA) is a rare, life-threatening condition. This case study shows successful diagnosis and treatment of a mediastinal BAA using interventional radiology.

- Successful transcatheter artery embolization using polyvinyl alcohol particles and microcoils was performed.
- The patient's symptoms resolved, with no recurrence at 1-year follow-up.
