For this month's special legislative issue, IOWA MEDICINE asked Elizabeth Buck, executive director of the Iowa Democratic Party, and Randy Enwright, executive director of the Republican State Central Committee, to comment on political campaign financing. Political Action Committee (PAC) contributions and their impact on candidates are discussed.
