Young construction workers (15-19) face a significantly higher risk of occupational accidents. Stricter supervision and mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are recommended, especially for laborers and those working at heights.

Conclusions:
- Young, laborer, and night shift workers require enhanced workplace supervision.
- Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is essential, particularly for outdoor and at-height work.
- Policymakers should prioritize safety improvements in less developed and colder western regions.
