Gene expression profiling of diffuse large B-Cell lymphomas supervised by CD5 expression.

CD5-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a subtype of ABC DLBCL. Gene expression profiling identified SH3BP5 as key and revealed pathways linked to CNS relapse, suggesting targeted therapies for ABC DLBCL may benefit these patients.
