Summary

This study reports the first case of postradiation dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) in an Asian patient, developing on a chest wall scar after radiotherapy. The patient achieved a good outcome with radical surgical excision and flap reconstruction, showing no recurrence after 12 months.
