Sciatic nerve hypertrophy with Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome: a case report

A rare case of localized sciatic nerve hypertrophy causing neuropathic pain in Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome is presented. This condition, marked by Schwann cell proliferation, is exceptionally uncommon without generalized symptoms.
