Dermatopathic Lymphadenopathy With Increased IgG4-Positive Plasma Cells

Dermatopathic lymphadenopathy (DL) with increased immunoglobulin G4-positive (IgG4+) cells may represent a form of IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) in lymph nodes. This finding suggests a potential link between DL and IgG4-RD, particularly in cases with significant IgG4+ cell infiltration.
