Development of Sustained Release "NanoFDC (Fixed Dose Combination)" for Hypertension - An Experimental Study

This study developed a novel nano-formulation combining three hypertension drugs, hydrochlorothiazide, candesartan, and amlodipine. The nano-fixed dose combination (NanoFDC) demonstrated sustained drug release and improved pharmacokinetic profiles in rats, reducing pill burden.
