Summary

Transoral endoscopic thyroidectomy offers a scar-free surgical option for thyroid nodules. This minimally invasive technique provides excellent aesthetic results with few complications, making it a feasible alternative.

Transoral endoscopic thyroidectomy utilizes natural orifice translumenal surgery (NOTES) principles.
This approach allows for minimal dissection and a truly scar-free outcome.

To present a case of transoral endoscopic thyroidectomy.
To evaluate the feasibility and outcomes of this novel procedure.

A 21-year-old female with a follicular adenoma underwent transoral endoscopic hemi-thyroidectomy.
