Three synchronous primary pelvic cancers--a case report.

    Summary

    Synchronous primary gynecologic cancers are common, but three distinct pelvic cancers are rare. This report details the first known case of simultaneous fallopian tube, endometrial, and sigmoid colon cancer.

    Background:

    • Synchronous primary malignancies, especially gynecologic cancers, are increasingly recognized.
    • The simultaneous occurrence of three distinct pelvic cancers is exceptionally rare in clinical practice.

    Observation:

    • This case report presents a patient with concurrent primary malignancies of the fallopian tube, endometrium, and sigmoid colon.
    • Detailed clinical, surgical, and pathological findings were documented for this rare presentation.

    Findings:

    • The patient exhibited synchronous primary cancers in the fallopian tube, endometrium, and sigmoid colon.
    • Histopathological analysis confirmed the distinct primary nature of all three malignancies.
