Correlation between VITOM(®) videocolposcopy and histopathology for pathognomonic grading criteria

Four colposcopic signs (inner border, ridge, rag, cuffed gland openings) accurately reflect histopathology for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) 2/3. These pathognomonic signs are highly reliable indicators for diagnosing high-grade CIN.
