Background:

  • Balance is crucial for daily activities and sports performance, aiding in results and injury prevention.
  • Postural sway, measured antero-posteriorly and medio-laterally, is a key indicator of balance.
  • While hologram wristbands have shown no effect on balance, research on mineral wristbands is limited.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the efficacy of mineral wristbands in improving balance among healthy individuals.
  • To assess the impact of mineral wristbands on postural sway.

Main Methods:

  • A randomized, controlled, double-blind study was conducted with 40 healthy participants.
  • Postural sway was measured using a force plate under various conditions: eyes open/closed, firm surface/foam.
