Abstract:
The influence Reamberin® and Cycloferon® concentration "average molecules" in the serum of patients with the recurrent depressive disorders (RDD) was investigated. It was set that the use of these drugs helps to normalize the concentration of "average molecules". which indicates that the elimination of the syndrome of "metabolic" intoxication. Based on the data, we can consider it appropriate inclusion Reamberin® and Cycloferon® in the therapeutic treatment of patients with RDR.

Regression Toward the Mean

Regression toward the mean (“RTM”) is a phenomenon in which extremely high or low values—for example, and individual’s blood pressure at a particular moment—appear closer to a group’s average upon remeasuring. Although this statistical peculiarity is the result of random error and chance, it has been problematic across various medical, scientific, financial and psychological applications. In particular, RTM, if not taken into account, can interfere when...

Therapeutic Drug Monitoring: Affecting Factors
352
Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM) is the clinical practice of measuring specific drug levels in a patient's blood or body tissues to manage and optimize therapy. TDM is crucial for drugs with narrow therapeutic windows, like warfarin and phenytoin, where incorrect doses can lead to treatment failure or severe side effects. This monitoring ensures the dosage administered is within a safe and effective range. The factors affecting therapeutic drug monitoring include:Patient-Specific Factors:a.
