Total knee arthroplasty using patient-specific guides: Is there a learning curve?

Surgeons using patient-specific guides (PSG) for total knee arthroplasty (TKA) show a minimal learning curve in operative time. Post-operative knee alignment was not significantly affected by surgical experience with PSG.
