Antigen-Specific versus Non-Antigen-Specific Immunoadsorption in ABO-Incompatible Renal Transplantation

Antigen-specific immunoadsorption (IA) showed better IgM reduction in ABO-incompatible renal transplantation (RTx). Both IA methods resulted in similar long-term graft survival and function, despite cost differences.
