    Summary

    Acellular human dermal grafts effectively augment ligaments for lateral ankle stabilization surgery. This modified Broström procedure offers a useful alternative to traditional methods, yielding high patient satisfaction and minimal complications.

    Background:

    • Retrospective study on modified Broström-type surgical procedure for ankle instability.
