[Massive intracerebral hemorrhage due to convexity meningioma]
Abstract:
Intracranial meningioma usually present with the typical symptomatology of a progressive neurological deficit. Sudden spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage from an asymptomatic meningioma is exceedingly rare. A case of 81-year-old woman with convexity meningioma manifested suddenly by massive intracerebral hemorrhage is reported with the findings of computed tomography and angiography.
