Corneal Neuralgia after LASIK.

Corneal neuralgia may cause persistent dry eye after laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK). Early multimodal treatment can improve symptoms, but distinguishing it from typical post-LASIK dry eye remains challenging.
