  • To assess the efficacy of this snoreplasty in improving palatal stiffness and uvula position.
  • To determine patient-reported outcomes and polysomnographic improvements.

  • A cohort of 35 patients with snoring and mild OSA underwent the novel suture technique.
  • Sutures were used to increase soft palate stiffness and elevate the uvula.
  • Outcomes were assessed using polysomnography (PSG), Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS), and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) pre- and post-surgery.
