Ilex paraguariensis Pellets from a Spray-Dried Extract: Development, Characterization, and Stability

This study developed novel Ilex paraguariensis pellets using extrusion/spheronization. The pellets offer a stable, high-yield herbal product with excellent polyphenol recovery and dissolution, suitable for pharmaceutical and food applications.
