• To develop guidelines for TPE coordination based on professional input.
• To establish a skill-based regulatory framework for TPE coordination.

Summary:

• A project involving 91 French and 30 European professionals and TPE experts was conducted.
• The TPE coordinator's central role was identified.
• Guidelines were defined, including 6 situations, 20 activities, and 26 skills.

Impact:

• This work forms the basis for a new skill-based regulatory framework for TPE coordination.
