Comparison of different locking plate fixation methods in distal tibia fractures

Locking plate fixation for distal tibia fractures shows variable outcomes. Medial plating using minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis (MIPO) technique may offer favorable results, though fixation method and approach did not significantly impact healing or function.
