Background:
- POEMS syndrome (polyneuropathy, organomegaly, endocrinopathy, M protein elevation, and skin changes) is a rare paraneoplastic syndrome associated with plasma cell disorders.

Purpose of the Study:
- To investigate the utility of 18F-FDG PET/CT in characterizing POEMS syndrome.
