[Continuous closed-system catheter drainage in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma]

Chronic subdural hematoma is a disease with relatively good outcome when treated fairly. Even than, we have sometimes complications in postoperative period. We propose surgical treatment with burr-hole and continued catheter drainage in closed system as the most optimal treatment and prevention of postoperative complications.
