Efficacy of rhBMP-2/Hydroxyapatite on Sinus Floor Augmentation: A Multicenter, Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial

Low-dose recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein 2 (rhBMP-2) with hydroxyapatite significantly enhanced bone formation in maxillary sinus augmentation compared to bovine bone xenografts. This rhBMP-2 treatment showed early efficacy and safety without adverse events.
