Abstract:
Cutaneous metastases from squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva are extremely uncommon. A 72-year old woman had undergone vulvectomy with bilateral inguinal lymphadenectomy. The operative specimen showed tumor infiltration in the resection borders to a considerable depth. Thereafter she received radiotherapy. Seven months after the primary operation, multiple non-tender tumor metastases appeared on the lower abdomen. These metastases result from cross-section and obstruction of lymphatic channels.
